Xyntek is seeking entrepreneurial-minded, dedicated, and a motivated Process Engineer to join our growing and expanding technology business units.

Responsibilities:     
The ideal candidates will be involved in all aspects of the following:

  • Developing new industrial (pharmaceutical) manufacturing process plants and equipment's application.

  • Provide technical problem solving for day to day problems in the areas of production, process design and improvement, etc.

  • Modifying existing processes using and developing process simulation software to work out the best production methods.

  • Ensures equipment works in accordance with its specifications and appropriate capacities; implementing the appropriate tools and procedures where applicable.

  • Initiates statistical process control techniques.

  • Actively participate in root cause counter measure activities.

  • Documents quality procedures using Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Develop design specifications and description for process equipment.

  • Assist project management with the development of projects scope, see product from start to finish for new products and for test batches.

Qualifications:   

 

  • Bachelors / Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical products and goods.
  • At minimum 5 years of experience in process design and process controls.
  • Ability to quickly translate process requirements into existing facilities with very little information requiring reasonable assumptions to develop investment and timing estimates to support customer bid proposals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry experience related to cGMP drug manufacturing, validation, and process design.
